30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition and package

We are sorry but opened or used items cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we can’t be responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment
• Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to help.
